Plexys is led by a team of
professionals with extensive experience. The team's expertise includes health care
management, financial analysis, wireless communications and entrepreneurial ventures.
Plexys's management and executive board understand the vast efficiencies and service
improvements that handheld computing can bring to the health care market, and have the
knowledge and skills to realize them. Darrell W. Cronan, Co-Founder and President Mr. Cronan previously worked in senior management roles in finance and information systems at leading global corporations. These include A.T. Kearney, Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter & Co., Motorola Inc. and Baxter Health Care Corporation. He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, and a M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. He resides in Addison, Illinois with his wife and three children. Jeffrey K. Kraft, Co-Founder, VP Marketing and Sales Mr. Kraft has held senior product management positions at Motorola, Inc., and been a marketing strategy consultant to companies ranging from technology start-ups to Fortune 500 manufacturers. Prior to co-founding Plexys, he also found time to start an entrepreneurial venture that automated the scoring of employment exams. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College and a M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University. He lives in Woodstock, Illinois with his wife and three children. Arek Jaszcz, Director of Business Development Mr. Jaszcz brings to Plexys an impressive background in managed-care pricing analysis, engineering and technology. He previously worked at Abbott Laboratories, a leading manufacturer and distributor of health care products and services. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University, and is currently pursuing a M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing at Northwestern University. He resides with his wife in Mundelein, IL, where they are expecting their first child.
